Explore Your Options: Aquarius NEW Moon Vibes Feb. 3-5

Mama Moon enters the Fixed, Air sign of Aquarius on Feb. 3 at 5:03 am Pacific Time until Feb. 5 and is NEW on Feb. 4 at 1:03 pm and at Apogee (which means she’s as far away as she can be) which, in conjunction with a New Moon can lead to extreme weather conditions according to the Creative Crones Astro Diary 2019.

It’s also Lunar IMBOLC (Northern hemisphere pagan holy day) or Lunar LAMMAS (Southern hemisphere) which is the halfway point between the Solstice and Equinox and a time of FIRSTS; either the first sign of Spring or the first Fruits Festival.

During this oh, so significant Moon-time of firsts we also set our intentions for the moonth ahead encouraged by Mercury sextiling Jupiter and Venus entering Capricorn. Let’s GET BUSY!

Surprise! Leo Super Full Moon Vibes Jan. 20-22

Mama Moon enters the Fixed, Fire sign of Leo on Jan. 20 at 7:54 pm Pacific Time until Jan. 22. She is a Super Moon at Perigee at 9:16 pm on Jan. 20 which means she’s as close as she can be to Earth and Full. She is also ECLIPSED by the Sun at 6:36 pm on Jan. 20. So, what does it all mean?

Pick a card to find out. I’ve got 2 different oracle deck spreads to choose from. Also, take a peek at your natal birth chart to see if the Sun which is currently at 0º Leo conjuncts or opposes a natal planet or angle.

Meditate and play with Amber, a Leo stone.

Know that the eclipse at 0º Leo “highlights our need to be seen and appreciated.” (We’Moon Datebook 2019).

This Full Moon-Time can feel like a rush so use this energy influx along with all the beautiful Moon trines and aspects happening now to shine some light upon hidden desires, ideas and ideals which just might SURPRISE you.

If this card appears in a reading it’s your time to shine. If you’ve been hiding out, being shy, quiet or generally un-noticeable lately that will change soon! If you’ve been stuck or blocked or fearful, now is the time to tackle those thoughts and feelings and truly move forward. The momentum is building and you are ready, whether you know it or not. Even one small step forward can make ALL the difference.

In my own life as I ride the waves of art, writing, illustration, spirituality and business I often find myself in the spotlight so I do my best to enjoy it and then share the glow online and in person knowing it could inspire others in a myriad of ways that I can’t even imagine.

It’s time to flow with the All and find acceptance for yourself and your own truth as you claim your ancient birth right so that your soul can shine. You ARE Goddess, You ARE God. Find acceptance, surrender, and release. Find quiet time and space to meditate, be in nature, rejuvenate and find joy in being alive. Small things count. Mama Moon counts. Our body counts. Find the beauty around you and within you and give thanks. Breathe into the One-ness for you are home at last.

I allow Moon Glory into my own life each month as I celebrate the New and Full Moon with ritual and joy. No matter how down in the dumps I feel, I can look up at the moon and feel renewed. I am reminded that I belong. I am loved. Nature matters. Spirit matters. This is what matters, what’s right in front of me right now.

Bust A Move: Capricorn Moon Jan. 4-6 PLUS New Moon/Partial Solar Eclipse

Mama Moon enters the Earthy, Cardinal Sign of Capricorn on Jan. 4 at 10:55 am until Jan. 6 becoming New on Jan. 5 at 5:28 pm Pacific time. A partial Solar Eclipse occurs at 3:33 am which I’ll discuss in more detail in my New Moon Museletter.

It’s time now to BUST A MOVE as the 80’s rap song goes, and with a little help from take-control Capricorn you can kick off the New Year with determination and will power.

It’s okay to be empathically attuned AND a team player right now. With Sun sextile Neptune and Uranus going direct in KICK ASS Aries prepare to break down OLD PATTERNS.
