As we approach this darkest of the dark times of the year here in the Northern Hemisphere I take note...I reserve...conserve...make time for reflection and spirituality. I spend time in ritual with friends; we make music in public spaces, sing and hum to the universe, the stars, Mama Earth, Papa Sky and our ancestors. We give back, we love, we live in beauty. I cherish my friends.

This allelujah herb is a gentle and nourishing friend that can cheer you up. Also known as Cuckoo Bread because the cuckoo ate wood sorrel to find its voice as a messenger for the goddess of love. This may also have been the original lucky shamrock from Irish legend.
