Cycle of Creation #CroneClub

I recently stopped by the Fallbrook Art Center's gift store, "The Find" and spoke with Kimber about selling my work in her fine shop. She loved the wood pieces especially and suggested I paint my Crone Club Charms on wood and so I have! This is the 4th one I've created on wood and I LOVE it and will continue to paint more.

I also met Annie Rowley last night at her Santa Ysabel Art Gallery. She has inspired me to delve even more deeply into what this new series means.  Go visit her Gallery - I ADORE it and always meet fascinating people there and get involved in many wonderful conversations.

The reason I love painting so much is because the whole process is a mystery. Often I only begin to understand the painting after I engage in dialogue about it!

This painting is now in dialogue with you. It's about you.

If you want to borrow purple kitty as your familiar or friend please do. I've had her on my altar for some time now and so far she's my favorite altar kitty from the Crone Club. I'm minus a kitty right now myself so I'll just have to make do with my painted kitties instead.
