The Daily Paintings on this website are originals (not prints!) and they are painted with love by me, Kathy Crabbe using the highest quality acrylics on reclaimed pine board. Each piece is hand signed and titled on the back and is protected with an acrylic coating so the painting will not get damaged. A certificate of authenticity and artist's bio is included along with a sawtooth picture hangar on the back for hanging on hooks or nails. These little paintings would make a great gift for pet lovers, pet sitters, your favorite little girl, your best friend or as a special treat to yourself; for your mediation room or just to add a bright spot of color and whimsy to any part of your home or office, especially helpful when you need cheering up and are in need of a smile!
SAVE $5 when you purchase a painting with its own handpainted matching wooden necklace.
All paintings can be found in my shop at http://www.kathycrabbe.com/art/daily-paintings/
ABOUT KATHY CRABBE
I am a self taught intuitive artist currently living and working in the desert valley of Southern California surrounded by ancient oaks and an elfin forest. I live in a home created by my husband that we share with our cat and dog, Abby and Spartacus. Gnomes, aliens and fairies have also been spotted here. I’ve been drawing since age two and giving intuitive soul readings since 2008.
Prints and cards are available at CreativeSoulGuides.com.
My good friend Tangerine just posted this on Facebook because today is Thanksgiving and it bears repeating:
I know the madness of millennia, the ways we human beings repeat our patterns ad nauseum - seemingly hellbent on our own, and on this planet's destruction. I know the origins of this day, and how people and cultures everywhere, throughout history, have eradicated entire groups in their blind greed, or in the name of "progress".
And knowing this, fully understanding the darkness that flows through the veins of the human race, and our deep fallibility and seeming inability to truly overcome it, I still choose to hone in on the beauty and grace and profound love we are also able to fund. I choose to focus on what is hopeful about us, no matter what we've done. And that is because I believe in us, I believe in our ability to overcome - even ourselves.
I am thankful for all of you, for the life I have been given, no matter its trials, and for the chance to touch you, to be touched by you, and to face a future we all know asks us to have great courage, great vision, great heart.
And I am thankful for just that, the courage that runs through my veins, the vision that pulses and grows as it alights upon yours, and for a heart both broken and full, one deeply humbled, one threaded through with the greatest, and most unbounded sort of love.
Thank you to all my friends and family for all your continued support and love - you mean the world to me.
